As the world prepares to say farewell to fallen icon Whitney Houston, details surrounding her private, invitation-only affair are emerging including the star-studded guest list.

The funeral, which will be broadcast and streamed live on the internet by the Associated Press, is scheduled to start at 12 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Houston’s hometown of Newark, New Jersey.

Kevin Costner, Houston’s co-star in “The Bodyguard,” will reportedly speak at the service. Costner’s rep tells TheWrap he can’t confirm the actor’s attendance.

Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that TV mogul Oprah Winfrey, as well as singers Brandy, Monica and Beyonce have been confirmed to attend the service.

Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin, Houston’s godmother, are scheduled to perform, while music industry executive Clive Davis is also scheduled to speak at the ceremony.

Grammy winner and Houston family friend Marvin Winans will deliver Houston’s eulogy, theWashington Post reports. The funeral service is scheduled to begin at noon ET.

Houston, who was born in Newark, died Saturday in Los Angeles. Her body was flown to New Jersey on Monday, and she will be buried at the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, N.J., according to her death certificate. Her father was buried there in 2003.

Security will be tight in the area surrounding the church. According to Newark police, some streets will be blocked off and only those with invitations will be allowed in.
